By using eSpawn, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1) Service Type
eSpawn provides AI assistant software and automation tooling. Unless explicitly confirmed as executed by your connected systems, responses may be simulation/preview outputs.
2) User Responsibility & Authorization
You are responsible for all instructions you send and all integrations you connect. You must only authorize actions you intend. You remain responsible for reviewing critical actions (payments, purchases, bookings, account edits) before execution.
3) Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSpawn and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized third-party actions. You agree that you are solely responsible for approvals and safeguards in your environment.
4) No Guarantee of Perfect Output
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must validate outputs before relying on them.
5) Chat Logs & Audit
All chat history, actions, and system events may be recorded for security, quality, billing, and compliance purposes.
6) Data Protection
We process data per our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. You must not use the service to process unlawful data or data you do not have rights to process.
7) Payments, Subscription & Refund Policy
Paid features require an active subscription and valid payment method. By subscribing, you agree that all charges are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, except where refunds are required by applicable law. Access may be restricted if billing is cancelled, expired, or not restored.
8) Beta Program Notice
eSpawn is currently offered as a beta program. By joining, you acknowledge and accept that not all features or integrations may be available immediately. Integrations and capabilities may be released progressively after internal testing and validation by the development team. You accept this rollout risk as part of beta participation.
9) Feature Changes & Terms Updates
eSpawn may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We may update these Terms for major product changes and risk controls. Continued use after update constitutes acceptance. Where required, re-acceptance may be requested before write actions are allowed.
10) Acceptable Use
You must not use eSpawn for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, harassment, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access.
